Okay, so I am not familiar with ex1servetrs or whatever, or rackshack, i didnt call them small, I said name changing is kinda shady, so anyway, lets move on, this is nothing to debate about.
And as far as lawyers and illigeal material, I already called them, and talked to people there, as I said, they told me to email abuse@ev1 so lets hope something happens.
from my experiences in the past, when someone says , just email this or that, its usually to throw you off.
the guy I talked to on the phone didnt sound like he cared or gave a fuck at all, simply, gave me the email to contact...

ev1 servers and rackshack have been parts of the same company for a long time. they are just switching it all under the same name. Don't worry they are probably one of the least shady hosts out there. Acording to there site they are the largest dedicated server provider in the world, hence there prices....
