Its fridy night I was on hold with tech support for 4 hours long distance this morning... apparently they don't have an 800 tech support line for people that pay for it already.

After i got phone ear from listening to bad music I started a live chat from their website here's the 3 hour conversation while i was doing other things.

John Carter: [ODBC Access driver] unknown
Quinton: This is a new installation or an upgrade.
John Carter: its an up grade but I'm not importing the old data. I want to set it up as new
John Carter: it won't allow me to add users or virtual domains
