    Non-safe software vs. non-safe cars

    We should be able to sue microsoft for producing non-secure software, when our valuable time and data is lost.

    Just like you can sue car manufacaturers for producing non-safe parts and causing injuries.

      Im pretty sure they have a loop-hole somewhere in the EUA where they're not liable for any lost data or anything of that sort.

                      Would be kind of funny if layers started going after the software companies.... If they were to do the same as the doctors in the States - refusing to treat any layers.
