    Hey KRL... Cinnamuck Tea Status?

How are you doing on the Cinnamon / Green tea / lemon drink?

    Still losing ~1lb a day ?

I told someone about it when the thread started & she's lost about 3-4 lbs doing nothing else differently.

Yeh so far so good and I even ate a heavy pasta and lots of breads meal the other night and it didn't add weight the following day.

    That's cool about your friend.

It's hard to figure something so simple could work so effectively.

Is your friend consuming as much as KRL is?
Arguing whether the Democratic or Republican party is better is like debating which steaming pile of shit is slightly less stinky.

I'm trying it now at just 4 cups per day. Two in the morning and 2 end of the day.

Yeah, I basically jog or go on long walks with my wife several times a week. Right now, I'm just maintaining my weight - which is pretty decent (but I would always stand to lose another 10-15lbs). Usually, I'm fairly succesful dropping pounds by cutting carbs.

My main enemy is late night hunger (since I stay up till 2-3am). I was hoping the cinnamon trick would help curb these cravings. Maybe I need to up the dosage.

                      Hey KRL,

I told you about my friend who's weight is normal but he is a type 2 diabetic to stress.. he started to drink this mix when I saw your post and recommended him and his blood sugar level is improving every day. Incredible... but there is a reason these spices and herbs have been popular for ages.

I used to snack late all the time, the great Canadian refer I'm always smoking probably doesn't help with that. Anyway now I just make a frozen thing of orange juice and pound back as much as I can, it tastes great and gets rid of your hunger better than any snack.

I agree Yes he is monitoring it and last week he had like 18-20 taking his medication.. now after breakfast, drinking your tea first then his regular breakfast with the medication his blood sugar level is between 10-12 only in less than a week. This is success! So he is very grateful for your tip and hopeful he can drop his medication soon again having the will power and the natural solution to control his diabetes. You rock.

Wow. That's a huge decrease. I knew it would be something quite large because you can literally feel that lower sugar level happening inside you.

Why the hell isn't the medical field on top of this. There are hundreds of millions of diabetics worldwide, who probably can't afford these expensive treatments but who could at least start to get back on track using this technique.

Not sure about anywhere else geographically, but they run Greentea pill ads every night on tv here.

I have noticed them more since you mentioned the greentea, but its a diet pill and its main ingredients are green tea, and i can only assume there are other ingredients as well.

im boiling my water right now KRL.

You are welcome.. I am also very happy for my friend.. just when the dr wanted to put him on insulin shots... and of course the medical community won't believe the natural treatment or a tea like this but they had to trust their own tests which gave the same results.

Let me warn you though... diabetic people should start with the tea PLUS taking their medication and monitoring their blood sugar level every day at least once and make the necessary changes themselves in the dosage. It is a long process, you know.. my friend is very glad because he had side effects his vision effected by the diabetes.

                                        Thanks again KRL

Why the hell isn't the medical field on top of this. There are hundreds of millions of diabetics worldwide, who probably can't afford these expensive treatments but who could at least start to get back on track using this technique.

I'm using premium Dragonwell loose leaf Green Tea.

                                                Brewing it for 3 minutes.

Adding 1 teaspoon of pure raw unprocessed Honey.

Adding 7 drops of Lemon Juice.

Adding 1/2 to a whole teaspoon of Saigon Pure Cinnamon Powder.

All I can say, is I know it does something beneficial because you can feel your blood sugar cravings diminishing significantly.

I was with friends for lunch yesterday for example and after lunch everyone wanted to go to Ben & Jerrys. Now I'll tell you in all honesty for me to not crave ice cream is impossible, yet I was able to do it yesterday and just ordered an iced coffee while everyone else had their cones. I couldn't believe it. But I had zero desire for it even sitting there watching everyone else licking away.

We eventually found out he never had cancer and his doctor either fucked up big time or the hospital was just looking to make some money. We sued them successfully for his death and burned them hard with a huge settlement.

I read your other post KRL and am not much of a tea drinker so I picked up some cinnamon & honey to mix with peanut butter. A few spoonfuls with a few crackers and hunger cravings disappear for the better part of a day. It even helped me cut out snacking when I wasn't hungry.

We eventually found out he never had cancer and his doctor either fucked up big time or the hospital was just looking to make some money. We sued them successfully for his death and burned them hard with a huge settlement.
The funny part is that she had her first surgery in 2002... they removed a 7 cm big tumor and she was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme so they gave her 6 weeks. I brought her home blind, paralysed and she did not even comprehend... things did look bad but I am not someone who'd give up that easy.. so I spent almost all my time with her, talked to her, gave her body massages and guess what: this summer we were walking with a walker, chatting all the time, and she lost her vision for her right eye only. Love and hope can do wonders. Of course she was on chemo all the time and had 5 terrible days every month but she could enjoy her life again... lots of chats, a bit nostalgy trying to improve her lost memory, tv, etc..

i miss that old southern lady.

for the record, i at one time was straight edge, and although I smoke herbs now, i still hold some of it true.

first off, i dont take medication for headaches, i get rid of them other ways, i dont believe in eating white, refined sugar, because its a chemical and its poison, nor do i eat chocolate for the same reasons...

i believe in raising a kid without feeding them pills, just the way i was raised, the Pagan Way.

I am firm believer in psych0somatic ills, and believe half of mans conditions are in his mind, and thats why he is limited, no other reason. and natural things will always be better than some medicine giving to you by a doctor... unless its something more serious.

Odd. I'm not a pill taker either. Not from how I was raised, everyone I know is quick to see a doctor / take medicine.

Everyone says I'm weird but I don't take pain killers even if badly in pain. Why do I want to take a pill to trick my body into not feeling hurt. I want to know when I'm better.

I don't do doctors. While I think some of the stuff they do is beneficial I NEVER see a doctor for normal stuff. I'd guess 80% of what they do / prescribe is wrong. They learned from a book and the book is filled with lies.

I also agree on the people making themselves sick. I've seen it first hand too many times to count.

Anyway, people should be aware that there is a carcinogen "red flag" with cinnamon, just as there is with many other things.

"If eating one gram a day of cinnamon reduces blood glucose levels 20 percent, then three grams or six grams will reduce it a lot more. Wrong.

Anderson, and Agricultural University, Peshawar, Pakistan, gave these doses of cinnamon to volunteers. Some 60 volunteers divided into six groups participated. Three of these groups got the three different doses and three groups received a placebo.

They found that less than one-teaspoon?one gram?of cinnamon worked as well as higher doses. They also found that triglyceride, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol levels fell about as much and that the volunteers? levels started rising when they stopped eating cinnamon. "

Thus, it appears that the 1-g/day dose is not only sufficient to achieve the optimal benefits of cinnamon, it may be more than sufficient. Further research is planned to determine whether even lower doses are also effective. "
