Like yahoo hotmail and so on. techs will usually let you test signups if you ask them first , so i suggest making a test run with permission on each of the top 3 free web based email services and see if they are getting through... I know for certain that hotmail and yahoo started blocking emails from another sponsors confirms for awhile until they changed the email formats to get past the spam controls. Im sure they have techs that do this regularly but then again maybe not ??

                                                                                                                                                      You also have to figure that if the confirm email isnt getting through then the sponsor wont be making much money of them even if they did(confirm) cuz the emails ( ads ) they send them wont make it to the person
