Well if you keep him around I wouldn't let him anywhere near the adult side of your business. As he seems to have issues with women. But seriously if you are worried enough to ask opinions here, that means you have some sort of concerns about him.. Make a deal with him, tell him you are willing to help him out but he needs to seek counseling.

You can watch out for the guy but you gotta put him on lockdown with a iron set of rules. But sometimes you have to realize one of the main reasons people continue to fuck up is because they have support when they do. So what you need to do is put that fear in him that he's got nothing and can't rely on you for anything. Then he's got to get himself some help and stick with it and you've got to put that fear in him to make him believe that there's no other way.Originally posted by boneprone

He's seen his dad killed in tfornt of him by soldiers, seen his mom raped and slaughtered in front of him, and left sibblings behind back home in his flee to America when he was a child.
Some of the things he went through there would make you cry if your heard the stories.
He's a great cook.

I am not sure what state you live in, but I am in Florida. Here it is a felony for 2 people that are both felons to hang out together. You may want to look into that.
Also. You risk you entire company by having him work with you any longer.. Could you tell a judge that you knew about his crimes and expect that judge not to hold you partially responsible for that persons actions?? Especially if something is done with your businesses...
If you feel inside your self that you did everything to help him, then it is time to turn your back and take care of you and yours..
