I have lost like 4kg/8.8 lbs since I started eating more healthy. Not much but anyway..

My goal is to lose 12kg/26lbs more.
I dont think its hard at all, I dont need all the fat food I use to eat.
Eat a lot of fibers and you wont feel hungry for a long time...
Oh, and drink a lot of water.
But I do have one day when I eat what I want. And its today, Friday.
