Um.... ok.... Well in that case you should find someone who condones you getting "some on the side". If you find someone who agrees to that, then more power to you. But if they aren't, well I guess you have different perspectives and aren't compatible then.

So just answer this, if your girlfriend wanted to get some on the side would you let her as well? Perhaps the other men would be able to satisfy her more than you can and that would enhance your relationship even MORE. Does that sound good to you? I'm not being sarcastic, I really would like to know how you feel about this.

its complicated, if i thought she worked the same as i did -- then no i wouldnt have a problem with it.. but in my situation, she is a woman (such are most) that associates sex with love and emotions, so if SHE were to go out and fuck other guys, that would be a sign of something deeper wrong in the relationship that shes lashing out over.. where as *I* dont have those same sexual connotations. *I* can go fuck a girl and be home for dinner and not feel any different towards her. Its almost like its just mastubation with someone else there with me. Even if its a female friend or someone i like and respect, we can fool around and it doesnt affect the love i have for my "main squeeze" if that makes sense.

Also, on a chauvanistic stereotype, women are inherently weak and vulnerable. I would be worried about guys taking advantage in some way. unless she was fucking people she was well aquainted with shes putting herself at risk for things like daterape or worse. And as well i know how psycho female flings can be for me, I would still worry about her.

the main conflict was that me being with other girls, even in the most superficial of senses, hurt her. thats the only reason i stopped. i dont want to hurt people i love.

so i guess to condense a clear answer, if my gf was fucking other guys, i'd talk to her about it and see why she was doing it. if she was doing it to get off and was being safe about it, more power to her... if shes doing it to get the attention she feels shes lacking from me, then we have to work on that. its all about motives.
