for 1000 members lets say 1000 affiliates, but I doubt a paysite with 1000 members is average, maybe 5-10k members is a middle sized paysite. With 1000 members you will make less than promoting other sponsors.
Content, bandwitch, affiliates %(higher % for the best ones), processor fees, etc...
