                                                                                          Just wondering why you think it wasn't built from scratch. You can tell that the chassis and engine is from a old car. But the body and interior looks like it was built from scratch.

                                                                                          If you know what your doing, you can easily make the body and there are alot of companies that do interiors. That is all a kit car is. A body and some interior work. Sometimes even the chassis is built from scratch for a kit car.
