hosting providers attention!
I want to move all my servers off my current hosting company because it sucks big time. They have no full 24/7 support, those guys who are in the NOC can do only one thing ? press reset button, when you ask them to do something more complex it takes them forever.
I have finally decided to move from them, after today?s incident.
One of my servers had some hardware problems, it would not come up after reboot, it would freeze on hardware checkup stage and will go online only after pressing reset button. So I made a support ticket. They checked the system and said that RAM was bad, guess what they did? They removed the bad ram without replacing it, so my server was working with half of ram and of course it went down because it cannot work with such little memory, I wake up and see that server is down for more than 9 hours, I message them ? they say that they cannot do anything until tomorrow, because they have no RAM in datacenter, how fucked is that huh?
So now I?m looking for better hosting company.
I have 4 servers and I want to move them all, please contact me via icq# 296779 or leave your email address I'll contact you, would be good if you match the price I pay for these 4 servers right now or even offer me better deal, I will give you details and show my invoice via icq/email.
