Yep, I had a guy rebilling for years once, when his card run out he just rejoined, he was a member much longer than this, then Globill went down and I lost him and all my others and he didnt rejoin.

Globill was a real bad mistake for me, nearly lost all my webmasters and most of my customers, that was a bad time

But this customer joined in 2001 when I only charged $15 for that site, now all my sites are $30 so I keep thinking of canceling him, making him sign up again ;) but hey a loyal customer like this should be let to stay I think for $15

Come on people post some long time customers lets see what retention you guys are getting these days, retention isnt as good as what it use to be but Im sure theres some good retaining sites out there

Canceling him will make him go away since he probably forgot he had access to your site

I have few members rebilling since 1999 through Ibill but I can't prove it with a picture because Ibill doesn't show transaction made before April 2003

Actually have about 30 members going back to the last centuary - The longest I posted here some time back. he has so far rebilled about 70 times and one lucky affiliate has made quite a packet from that one join!
