yeah i do some everyday when I wake up i walk to the bathroom, then I walk to teh computer, then I work up teh muscles in my fingers by typing, whewww i really work up a sweat. lol
nahhhhh lol Yeah im going to try to walk everyday, and do at leats 3-4 hours at the gym key word is TRY
