I downloaded your software to give it a go
and as soon as I started to install it, it wanted
to change/add things on my computer so it could
install.

Peep n tom,

Just click "no" and proceed on the install. It's written in Visual Basic and asks for newest system files. However, if you're running on Windows 2000 or NT 2000 it is optimized. It will work on Windows 98 as well.

Once installed, read the FAQ, and play around with it. It's for experienced webmasters but once you get the hang of it, it works like a rocket.

We're working on a newer easier to use version with unlimited tgp database.

OK, so FREE isn't good enough, then pay $25 for G.A.S.S. now and get G.A.S.S. 2.0 free when it is released... free as in free upgrade... free as in no links on the pages... free as in no banner ads even in the free trial...

The software is FREE the only catch is that the webmasters using it must thoroughly understand our FAQ and the software before emailing tech support.

It has banners hard coded into the software so if you're looking for a new sponsor, please support the software by clicking on the banners and signing up under us.

That's all.... NO CATCH!

If you want an easier to use software, use GASS, DarkSoft's product is very good. PreciseSubmit is completely different and has differing features, but if you want an easy to use program
which gives you maximum control, use GASS.

Look Ma, no referral codes re my recommendation of GASS

G.A.S.S is a basic program comparing to precisesubmitter IF LINKYD FIX THE DAMN BUG! i kept getting the url field to yahoo wtf? i dint put yahoo so why is it going to yahoo? and the recip generater skip 1 out of every 3 recips too.

I use GASS everyday for about 60 hand submits and it works great. I use LUPro for everything else (Mr. Yellow's update has me back in business, i was a whiny bitch about it earlier ).

If you are listening Darksoft I have a few suggestions for v2.0:

1. Make the browser resizeable, I have a shit of a time trying to get the browser and submit textbox viewable on the same page without having to shrink the textbox. It's much easier to have a skinny browser than a skinny text box, for me anyway.

2. After I get through the first screen of TGP sites on the left, when I click the down arrow, the next row is actually the first row again. I have to click off, then arrow all the way back up, and down arrow to the next page of TGPs everytime. Also sometimes I need to click on the TGP ahead of the one I want to get the other one to load. Its like a refresh problem or something.

3. Could you do something similar to LUPro in disguising the user agent to not reveal GASS is being used? I'm sure there are some TGPs that dont know what it is and probably think its an autosubmitter.

Very small gripes when u consider the price and functionality of GASS, it rocks.

Nedder,

1. In next version it's resizable and then some.

2. Also fixed in the next version. Not a refresh problem, it's the stupid component I used. Fixed and much enhanced.

3. It shows as an IE browser, which it is. It does not show as an autosubmitter, which it's not. I can't change it from IE and before anyone else asks, no proxies are used nor will they. You wanna cheat, use someone elses program. Not you specifically, but I get a lot of questions about proxies and stupid shit like that.

linkyd, sorry for the name calling in the other thread, that was uncalled for, but you could have had a info that it won't run on 98 and ME somewhere, be it on the site, the software or in your post, it's not like no one uses those 2 versions anymore, and all the system file changing stuff and dozens of dll frightened me.

The reymax software, it looks promising, but when I ran it it wouldn't fill the forms properly and left standard fields like "name" blank, but it *could* be good. Roboform fills forms better IMO

linkyd's software looked good too but obviously is not for 98 and ME

I looked at Gass too but it won't even fill the proper URLs into each form? Thats a little to basic I'd say. Also it won't mix the tgps for every gallery but use always the same constellation?

At linkuppro I don't like the fact that it tries to cater to all instead of only tgp. There is enough SE submitters already, including a few good ones. Haven't reid to install that one

G.A.S.S. does no form filling. But it does let you use those things on the end of your arms... they're called hands. My hands have things at the end called fingers... I use these to fill in the forms.

Not sure what you are on about with mixing tgps and constellations... maybe too much cough syrup perhaps?

If you were able to explain that constellation thingy I would probably have an answer for you. The fom filling, alas, is something I have failed to do. I await my punishment in shame....
