So here's the deal, I have a shitload of ideas but not nearly enough time to but them all into motion. I have about 5 different projects in the works all dealing with a different niche. I am not really sure what I am looking for, whether it's a partner or just some people to help me get this all done. Post a reply if you're interested and what you're willing to do.

Partnerships are a risky thing. What kind of help do you need? Anything building or design wise? Of course, would this 'help' be paid help? -
Well, I pretty much have most of the content taken care of, mostly just building the sites and dealing with all the other stuff, like PR, updating, recruiting models, that kind of stuff. Basically I don't have enough time to get all the sites up and running as soon as I would like them too. It would definately be paid. Basically I am just trying to get a feel for what's out there and if it would be worth it to outscource most everything or just work like hell and do it myself. Sometimes opinions are a great thing. But sharing profits in a partnership deal kinda sucks unless you really trust those involed will bring something profitable to the table that you would not have been able to do otherwise. Best to just pay out for work in the begining to reap the benifits alone in the end.Comment

I am in a similar situation as you-- I find that I outsource what I know i dont want or need to do so that I can focus on the priorities and stuff I know I can get done.
I also try to take it one project at a time according to revenue potential.

Dude, you are clearly a newb.
Getting your product ready is only the opening skirmish. The real battle is getting traffic to your site and converting them for less money than they cost you to get. You haven't even started that yet. Your opponents will be people with flawless usability (read "higher conversion rate than you") and newbie idiots who bid traffic up to unprofitable levels.
