The rebill issues ended up to be a total of $221.07 Two affiliates contacted me out of 1000 with rebill issues.. We are paying out triple to the one wesmaster as promised and the other has not ever emailed us or contacted us to resolve this issue. You cant shave ccbill man... Go look in the admin.. rebills are set at indefinate.
As to ccbill scrubbing.... yep, they do a bit harder then some, but maybe thats why our chargeback perfectage was .6% total to visa and mastercard all last year. CCbill is protecting there merchant account and my business.
