                          Ordinarily there would be nothing I would like more than to help you add 50 more daily e-mails to my collection but today I am just not feeling that generous. Come back next year and maybe I'll be in a better mood.

                              Actually spam should be in your diet.

                              First you litley grill a few slices, The sit down with some greens of some sort and have a nice meal.

                              After you plate is celaned, read the contnets of the spam can, and you will loose about 3 pounds in one sitting.

                              Repeat as often as necessary to fit into what ever clothing you need

                                  If you maybe say you have opt in lists you'd get a lot more people wanting to maybe hear you out.
