There's one guy in my neighborhood, he's like 'Dr. Smith' from the old 'Lost In Space' tv show. Everyone wants to beat him up. Even kids. Even the cops can't stand him. You know you're an asshole when the cops, the homeless guys and even the crazy street people want to beat you up.
I had to let this guy know if he bothered me again I would grab him by his ankles and dribble his ass on the concrete and then slam dunk him into the nearest trash bin.
He's left me alone ever since. But he's still annoying people in the neighborhood.
Last guy I ever met like this ended up deep sixed when his crack pipe exploded. I had only met him once but everyone complained about him. Then one day a pal called in from the east coast talking about having a party cause this jerk's crack pipe exploded and killed him. Even the dead guy's sister and relatives had a party.
