No, when an affiliate has a concern about our program then we should look into it don't you think?

rather than speculating and throwing up 'any old excuse' it's better for us to evaluate the issue itself and provide an educated and researched and TRUE answer. We are professionals after all.

We do not shave, and I'll refer you back to Brad's post about us. He worked here for about a year and didn't see or hear any signs of shaving.. yknow why? Cos we don't, and we never have. And he's got NOTHING to lose by flaming us on the board here.. so I would hope that that would show you guys something.

We are trying to resolve this issue with Cahek, and appreciate the support that we've seen through this thread from our other affiliates and friends on GFY.

We will provide an update once we've gotten to the bottom of this.

Okay, so here?s the deal guys.

I have spoken with Cahek and identified the site where the sale was sent. Our team have since evaluated the Paypal links on that site and discovered that our affiliate tracking variable was not attached to those links.

This is a case of HUMAN error, and NOT company philosophy. We do NOT shave.

We have taken the last little while to look through EVERY one of our sites to determine where the errors lie and have discovered that www.refreshacne.com and www.pmsfree.com are the only two sites that have been neglected in the addition of these Paypal affiliate variables.

So here?s what happened and why:

A couple of months ago we had to switch our Paypal accounts due to problems with our primary account based on the HGHfx spray we sell and the issues Paypal had with that product. When we switched links to a different Paypal account a couple of our sites had the wrong Paypal links loaded up, ie: Paypal links were accurate but did NOT include the affiliate tracking variable. These two sites are:

www.refreshacne.com and www.pmsfree.com

Our main sites ? www.americas-drugstore.com and www.americas-drugstore.net (and the rest of our sites) have the correct affiliate tracking Paypal links so those sites are all good for tracking sales.

We are just now correcting our Paypal links on the two sites listed above and very shortly they will also be able to track your unique XtremePay affiliate ID through Paypal like the rest of our sites.

Since we have OBVIOUSLY made a mistake on our sites we would like to do the following:

1) Please accept our sincere apology for the error. There are no excuses, we should have had that site (and the other) fixed up properly.

2) For anyone who has had sales in the last two months (July ? current) for the following products ? Refresh Acne Control and Serenitee PMS Solutions - we will happily provide an additional 25% commission to your current commission total based on sales of that product. So for example, if you have earned $200 for the sales of Refresh Acne/Serenitee PMS between July 2004 and today, then we would provide you with an extra $50 on your payment to make up for any potential lost Paypal orders.

Paypal only accounts for approximately 1-2% of our revenue and sales, however we do recognize the need for affiliates to be properly recognized for the traffic and sales they send us which is why we are offering the compensation detailed above.

We WANT to reward our affiliates, and we believe in being fair and taking responsibility for our mistakes.

If you are concerned about your account, or are unsure if this applies to you, or if you need anything else at all! - please feel free to hit me up on ICQ #233854608 and we will go through your account together and make sure you have been properly assigned the correct commissions.

Again, we apologise for the error. We are correcting the problem and appreciate it being brought to our attention.

As ALL you guys can see Xtremepay works with there affiliates and offers the best support all around.

Also this brings us to see that, Xtremepay has decided to re install paypal processing for herbals and worked it so we are able to credit ALL affiliates for Paypal sales, Credit Card Sales and Phone sales.

I think we dont' call this shaving I think we call this MAXIMISING the revenue possibilities for our affiliates

This was a good post and an extremely pro response from a company I have a lot of time for.
I have spoken to extremeJohn many times and have always been impressed with his professionialism.

Human error accounts for a load of our day to day problems - We have ALL made mistakes - If a sponsor makes one, he shaves - That simple!

Ok guys here is the deal... we all know people can shave and will but when you get a company such as ExtreamPay who have been around like ourselves for years now and will be here for years to come... why would they shave?

Affiliates are the guys who are making the company profitable, ripping these people off would be indirectly ripping themselves off.

You may not agree with me but affiliates are the people that make or break companies. I have known Duane and Ruth for a few years now and I can honestly say "even though they are direct competitors of mine" they do not Shave.

Here at www.mensniche.com we reward our affiliates on EVERY possible way of ordering, including Mail and Phone Orders.

Also if you have a concern about traffic shaving you should contact the program support directly instead of posting shit on the boards.... this is peoples businesses getting bitch about, it takes years to build it up a honest set of affiliates, get your facts straight before bitching about this stuff!
