He's no tagged by the police, he can't go out after 7pm at night but he still causes havoc when he is out. He never seems to go to jail either for what he does. He's still a kid, only 16 years old.
As for all the hard men who are apparently gonna fuck him up, they are probably shit scared of him. He's a dangerous person and should be in Jail. I dunno how he keeps getting off, the Police have said to numerous people "as soon as he's 16 he's going down for a long time" Never happened.

Everybody he's battered and assaulted to file a lawsuit against his parents and the cops for negligence. There's no way in the world they could be so negligent. Stabbing? Beating people up? WTF???
