Of course you should just dump her. Obviously she wants to have casual sex, and you want monogamy (right?).
Neither issue can be forced or cooerced, if it is, it's doomed anyway.
So give in to the stark reality of things and tell it like it is.
edit. Hmmm maybe that was too harsh, but still serious. Take a step back and look at it as it is. Not as you want to see it, not with "spin", but the facts of it. A "break" is for Friends on TV. It's not real. She's too much a wimp to break up with you, so do it for her... sorry.
