Looks like a blood clot, and also- it takes 4-12 hours for symptoms to set in, botulism is possible, You'll wish you were dead if ya get it. I got it once, and beleive me, alcohol will hurt ya worse. Drink tons of water...til ya can't piss no more...you will be glad you did if you get sick. Also, I laid in bed for 4 days hoping to die...as I was getting over it. Get you ass next to the toilet if you feel queezy in the next 4-12 hours. Don't hesitate to call an ambulance. If your ok...please let us know.
