One of my best friends has barebacked a few hundred (500+) of Cambodian, Thai and Chinese hookers and he just tested negative on both the PCR-DNA and Elise HIV test. So it must be hard as hell to get. I will also note that he NEVER does anal with them, only unprotected vaginal sex.
With that said, it will be some poor fuck who does it once that catches it.
