Get a virtual hosting plan at Webair (see sig).

Buy a copy of Autogallery Pro or SQL (check the webmaster link in the sig).

Sign up for the sponsors (again, webmaster link). Grab their free hosted galleries to populate your TGP.

Buy a copy of Chameleon Submitter and get your new TGP listed in their database. I think it's simply http://ww.chamleonsubmitter.com. You'll start getting submissions really quickly.

Or

use the TGP Gallery Maker (also in the webmaster page) and get listed in that database. Also will get you a many submissions as you can handle!

Your other questions:

Virtual hosting will be fine to get started. You can always move it later. Webair has virtual plans for as little as $9.95 per month - that's what I use. They also have dedicated servers as low as $119.00 a month. Great deals. Bandwidth depends on too many things, like how hard you work to promote your site. The cheapest virtual at webair comes with 20 gigs of traffic - I'm going over the first time this month, but only becase I have a gallery listed on theHun.com today

You generate income in several ways - banner ads, of course, and those sponsor hosted galleries you populated your sites with. You get paid for people who buy into their paysites. There are tons of affiliate programs out there - pick and choose the ones you feel good about selling.

The more traffic your site gets the more you generally make. Don't expect to make a shitload at first, it takes time.

Use banner ads and populate your TGP with other people's galleries but also use some of your own, that way you get the sign-up fee. If your site gets to be one of the bigger ones then you can start charging for gallery placement.

I think TheHun charges about 500 bucks a day for one of the top gallery postings, that can amount to some good income.

Pimproll has a couple hundred or so galleries and there is a lot more expected very shortly....click on my sig.

Patience is the key as well as devoting to your project the time necessary to make it a success.

I am looking to do the same kind of thing mainly to promote our non-adult sponsors to an adult audience. Some experiments have been VERY promising and we are doing our own TGP. AutogallerySQL is what we chose after looking at all the options.

The gallery scanner is excellent, and saves us from lots of cheaters.
