I don't think it's a joke. Sounds like the
'buy 9g get 1g free' scam. I've seen similar emails before - buy 9 grams of cocain, get 1gram free., and there's always a tel number given. Can you guess what happens when you call that number? You get charged gazzilian $/ a minute.
