i'd watch where you go with this one trey, apparently he won a huge lawsuit against the canuck police in damages for defaming him and whatnot over this circus... i'm sure he was guilty, but apparently it wasnt proven, hence the dragging him thru the mud was unlawful if he was not technically 'guilty'....
