racism is the belief in one race as being genetically superior to another, this doesn't qualify
Is it Bigoted? Not really because a bigot hates you because you are different, the motive behind it might be bigoted but in and of itself what I saw there wasn't bigoted
Is it discriminatory? Yes because it discriminates against selling guns to black people
Is it Predjudiced YES because it pre judges that black people will commit murders with those guns just by virtue of the fact that they are black.

What is the argument? Black people cant have guns because they end up shooting other black people in either crimes or general acts of violence - also mixed into this is the actions of alcohol and guns in the black community. Why is this argument not applied to the white community - could it be that some people might think that white people can control themselves and not go out and start shooting up the neighborhood, while those crazy black folk cant control themselves and need the nasty temptation removed from them - after all - out of sight equals out of mind.
Lots of people are going to look at this and add fuel to their own fire that proves once again how genetically superior white people are over black people.
Personally I dont think for a second that it is a racist act, just a group of people who are tired of seeing what is going on in their own community and are trying to do whatever they can do to make the stuation better but sometimes good intentions can go a long way to pushing people back to the 1950's.Comment

Yes it is and it's a pretty superficial and stupid solution to a gun problem. It's not legitimate black gun owners shooting in the streets. Yeah, the Bloods and Crips go to the gun store to get their guns. Gimme a break.Comment
