You are correct, we can do 24 hour merchant account setups now and we do have a free shopping cart system as well for adult and mainstream products. Please contact our sales department at: 888-357-8166. The processing rate would be 2.25 and 30ยข for the merchant acohahahaha plus the Netbilling fees. You can do check processing as well.
