not just riding on the side walk or taking groomed walking trails. I mean hitting the hiking trails, old overgrown paths, 4wheeler trails and anythign that looks fun to hit.
Doing this for a year made my legs get so damn sculptured and rock solid that my doctor said he has never seen legs so damn built in his life.
