yeah, the 390 meg one is an uncompressed version of the same choppy 30 meg one... looks like webcam quality video.

The only one i've seen that's good / vcd quality is the one Fuzbox sent to me (download it in the link above).

hmm, it ran perfectly smooth for me... i think it really depends on your divx codec.

It's its really chopppy/pixelated or has severe "green" problems, try downloading ffdshow. That should fix it.
