im a semi-pro... meaning i don't make my living off photogrpahy yet, but am slowly working towards it... from fashion and fine art nude to club events and stock photography.
as a general rule of thumb... no photographer i know shoots on an hourly basis, its impossible to do, for several reasons. as listed above, one photographer shoots 30 pix an hour, you claim to shoot 200 an hour. each photographer works at a differant pace, and outfit changes, lighting adjustments and location changes all factor into the time. if it were i getting paid by the hour, i would drag it out (within reason) for what i could.
that said... you want exclusive content for your site... and you want all raw digital files, so you can expect to pay upwards of $10 per image, regardless of whether or not you use it, simply because you want them all. this is outside traveling exspenses, makeup artists, clothing, etc. this is just for the shoot itself.
depending on the traffic of your site, and the potential generated income you stand to earn from said shoot, the price can vary to as low as $2/image to as high as $20-50/image.
photographers arnt stupid (not that im saying you are calling them stupid) - we know full and well what any person at any given time stands to profit (money and or exposure) from the work we provide... and most pro's will expect to be paid what they are worth.
because you do plan to post prcoess the photos yourself, you may save a few bux, but some photographers won't give you raw unedited photos, simply because they may have a way of doing it that they feel is best and don't like their work being out there in a way that may not depict themselvs in the best of light
