I also resent the persumption that fat people don't work and put back into society and thus pay for whatever they take from it. I'm fat but I don't smoke and very rarely drink.
So, whilst i may have trouble down the line with weight related health costs (I am one of those medical cases THOUGH I know full well part of it is my past lifestyle as well) I am not likely to have the kind of treatment needed for heavy smokers, drug users or drinkers.

If someone is over weight, either it's a hereditary thing, or they eat well... either way, that's more like something to be proud of then ashamed of, in my opinion. Both of them.
