I don't know that you'll be able to find anything OTHER than feeds for what you're asking. That or custom content of course.
I'm also interested in responses to this thread, so I can send some clients the way of someone with GOOD content, if they don't want to lease it.

Just remember your one time fee license duration is not permanent. When the provider disappears, so does your compliance. We have removed over $100,000 in content we have bought for our paysites because the providers have disappeared.
If the feed provider disappears, so does the feed. You're risking quite a bit when the new 2257 comes out.Comment

When you go with a good lease arrangement you get far more content than what you could possibly spend in a month on all the video updates a good stream provider gets up in a month, plus you get the virtue (or should I say virtucon?) of the existing library. You don't pay extra time or money for all the burden that must be taken on by owning the content either, not to mention the legal ramifications.
If you are looking for a lot for a little then a lease is definitely the way to go.
