I don't like any of them but I would feel safer with Edwards possibly over Kerry. I don't want someone to make me an outlaw for being involved in porn and I don't want someone who will sell our country out to the control of the UN either. I also figure he has the best choice at beating King George since he would be the most centered. But honestly I don't like any of them.

unfortunately, Edwards stands about as much a chance of winning the nomination as Dean

Are you kidding me or have you not been paying attention at all? Edwards by far has the best chance of capturing the votes compared to the rest of the democrats. The guy is slightly conservative, southern, democrat, young, pro military and speaks very well. The northern super liberal democrats will vote for whoever gets the nomination regardless, however the southern swing votes and in between votes will not vote for Kerry or Dean, that's what needs captured and Edwards is the only one that can do that.

Again I don't like any of them but that's the truth.

Amen to that. And it's not over yet. What happened to Dean shows that things can change VERY fast. Just look at how Kerry is being attacked from all sides at the moment.

I've heard many good things from insiders about Edwards and we need that type of relentless positivity in this country for a change. We need a uniter, not a divider. And we need a GLOBAL leader not a unilateralist.

                  Hey Wisconsin, vote Edwards!!!

If you had been paying attention to the news, you would see a lot of your assumption are wrong. In a nationwide poll of likely voters John Kerry beats George Bush by 9pts and John Edwards beats Bush by 1pt. Also polls and exit polling are showing that Kerry has avoided the tag of northern liberal because of his military service. People see him as a real war hero especially when you stand him up next to Bush. Furthermore Kerry is doing better than any Democrat with the male NASCAR voter because of his military service. That particular group of voters is the most important to Democrats.

most people really dont know much about kerry, hes just the flavor of the day after dean imploded.

As time goes on, more of his scandals are going to come out, that although he served in the military he then went out of his way to bad mouth the country afterward, and he is of jewish desent.
Ever notice that pretty much everything added to the Constitution after the original was a mistake.

John Edwards is BY FAR the most dynamic candidate the Democrats have. He's articulate, bright and energetic. He commands attention. He's proven he can win a big political race as he drove the Jesse Helms right wing machine out of North Carolina when he won the US Senate seat there. He reminds me, in some ways, of Bill Clinton in 1992.
Kerry has the momenteum but you never know.

I'm not really into politics so I don't really know what kind of ideals all the candidates stands for. Out off all the people possible for nomination, which one is the one most likely to be not so anti-porn like Clinton and best for the industry? Which is not so conservative and not likely to prosecute obscenity? And which one believes the most between separation of church and state?

Dean is your man on those issues. He's very anti-federalist, which means, give more sovereignty to the state. All the Dems are strong believers of sep. of church and state.

Most least likely to prosecute porn is probably Dean. Kerry is kinda like Gore in that if lobbyist push him hard enough to prosecute porn, he'll do it. I believe Edward is the same way, afterall, both Edward and Kerry have huge special interest money by their side. Edward, and his trial lawyers interest group, Kerry and his many corporate money backers.

When it comes to a presidential race it's not really about the candidates. It's about which campaign can better smear the other candidate and which candidate the media chooses to prey on. In the 2000 election the media chose to prey on Al Gore and he was portrayed as a lying dope, and he lost the election (sort of). If John Kerry's team can smear Bush well enough and he doesn't have any big skeletons in the closet he may very well win.

Also, porn will thrive more under a democrat.

Kerry will get CRUSHED in a smear campaign.

I hate liberals and most democrats in general and let me tell you again...

                                    Edwards is your best man.

Hell -- he has me considering my vote.
