Im 10 for 10 with my last submissions, and all were returned in less then 4 business days.
Maybe your going about it wrong. I here lots of people say its hard to get listed in the adult categories. I think most people fuck up and submit stuff to the wrong categories. (Not implying its your error)
I know of one sure fire way to get added to them. Unfortunately it wont be surefire anymore if i tell everyone.
