    WTF? Bloody thieves!

    Why is it that everytime somebody wants to become a copycat of StatsRemote they also have to steal the text, color scheme and layout of our Website and software?

    Have a look at this:

    http://www.remote-stats.com/
    (very original name btw )

    and compare it to

    http://www.statsremote.com/

    The text on the front page is a blatant copy of our front page (almost word by word). They even use the same slogan and effects in their flash (Are you tired of checking all your stats manually?). And the system requirements and contact page are pretty much the same as well.

    The funny thing is that the only text on their site that has correct spelling and grammar is the text they stole from us

    In addition, they blatantly copied the layout and functionality of the software.

                                                                          It's the third time this happens to us but never this blatant.

                                                                          The bad thing in this case is that people might actually confuse Remote Stats with StatsRemote as the names are pretty similar.

                                                                          But actually I doubt it... once people see all the spelling and grammar mistakes they probably won't join anyway, so hopefully nobody will get ripped off...

Why do you think Verotel suspended your account immediately? Do you think they would have suspended it within 24 hours if it hadn't been obvious that you copied almost everything from us.
