hehe ok. I'll try to explain...it's pretty easy though:
restart your PC > you'll see a message among some others saying push DEL to enter BIOS or s/t like that. That message occurs before you're Harddrive get's recognized.
You'll find yourself on a blue screen, that's the bios. Now just look for CPU temperature or anything close to that (hardware monitor,...) you'll find the current temp there.
you can just leave the bios pressing ESC > Exit without saving.
When you found it you can post that temperature here and tell me what a CPU you have...Then I can tell you whether it's too hot or not
