This is what I do.... only I take Migraine Excedrin... and that shit is my lifeline half the time. I get a tono f migraines.
Also, get some of those headache patches, you can get them at about any store that sells aspirin.... they are lifesavers too, pop a couple excedrin migraine and put a patch on your head and lay down..... works everytime.
If the headache is a migraine, and this is going to sound VERY strange, but cuts mine to literally an hour or two as opposed to days. Go and throw up, and then take the Excedrin...... a good friend of mine told me this 5 years ago, said she had a pharmacist tell her this, I was desperate and did it and it works every single time. It's supposed to relieve some of the pressure that comes with migraines. Sounds insane Iknow, but to date, everyone I have shared this with has said it helped them...
