    Mini-Bike Ban

    Just saw this on the news. I'm not sure if it should be "Banned", but they really should have some control on busy streets.

    I almost ran two of these fuckers over yesterday, riding up a tight oneway street. I wonder if I would of been in the wrong If I did hit them?
