Add some video clips at the end of each catagorie. Do a quick pan and some drunken interviews. That can be that hard. Hire an extra man even i dunno. Im willing to do it. HIRE ME LOL

Good idea, but can you really trust that webmasters would only log into there pix and only post that it's them under it.
I doubt anyone would fake who is under each pic
