ePassprte SUCKS!

Well, they terminated my account without ANY ANY reason!
I had 100$ on that account, and now I can wire that money, but bank fee is 50$ !! FUCKING EPASSPORTE!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!

ePassporte Risk Management has a new dart board with ePassporte usernames on it instead of the normal numbers. Once in a while they'll start up a game and if a username gets hit twice in a row on a thrid Tuesday of the month, that username gets terminated. It's great fun! You never know *who* is going down.

Really. Come on.

ePassporte DOES NOT terminate accounts without reason. It may be a reason you don't agree with, or one that you don't care to admit, or one that ePassporte can not fully divulge due to the circumstances. But, there is a reason. Why would it make any sense for them to pick off thier customers one by one. Especially when they have only $100 in their account and 6 posts on GFY?

But in all fairness, send me an email with your ePassporte username and I will personally look into your specific circumstances and see if the closure was justified.

They probably put a closer eye on people with the same sentence structure as you though:

1) "I sent 10 times mail"
2) "I sent many emails, and only I've got is"

I should write some fraud software that just analyses spelling/grammar...

I just got email from my friend, which tell me also about ePassporte account termination THat's really poor, from ePassporte side. He sent some mails to me(with emailing ca), and the answers were the same as mine Really un-professional, if you ask me.

EPassporte used to rock until my ex-partner hi-jacked my site and email name. Been trying calls, etc. to get my email and passwords fixed for my epassporte credit card..no luck in 2 months.

Someday I'll take the time to sign up again, and forget about the $$$ in my accounts...

Got a similar prob with them ...

Tried to change only the main adress info of my account . Never got a reply via email. tried faxing them the mod, no reply.

1 month later, i joined a rep via ICQ , and he tried to make the change with the risk management , and failed..

So ill do the same, get a new account, and next

well, I didn't expect that they will tell me what's fraud was about. But I expected REASON!

And I really , REALLY, didn't do anything which is opposite of their policy. Everything what I did is ordering ePassporte VISA Electron, and that's ALL! NOTHING ELSE.

For that, my account was terminated ? For ordering the card ? Hmm, who know, what these loosers can do!!

At least Im really disappoited in their services. Fuck that 100$, but the character!! That's sure many ppl. will be disappointed...
