Is you gotta learn not to click on their threads.

Seriously you guys hate the whole sig whoring aspect of this board...however right now sig whore's oj thread has a 1:30 ratio.

that's 1 reply for 30 views.

My threads at most get like 1 reply per 10 views if I'm lucky.

Don't even click on it...don't respond let the thread drop off of the front page and pretty soon people will realize they have to at least offer up viable subjects in order to get read.

But it's not like you guys are gonna follow this...every day gfy proves how easily a guy like Bush can get elected president.

Everyone should just disable sigs, I have mine turned off so I don't see all those crap banners - if everyone disables them, program owners won't be able to pay much money to the whores = problem solved = GFY fun surfing again

And it also makes surfing the board MUCH faster

While I understand what you are saying. I think sigs provide a valuable service.

I make money off of my sig...it goes to my portfolio.

I've established some good clients because of it and would hate to get to a point where people ignore sigs entirely while surfing the board.

If a "sigwhore" is bothering you, you could always just put them on ignore. That way sigs are still enabled.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I don't fault anyone for makinga buck...there are guys who earn their sig views here...even without the fake drama.

But I am pointing out a simple fact for those who hate the sig whores...they defeat their purpose when they click on their thread just to tell them that they are being ignored.

GFY is like a crappy vote script with the views - you can't trust it. Views can be artifically enhanced too easily. It is like a shitty TGP bombing you with hitbot traffic.
