    Anyone attending WF/Rick's Domain Traffic Conference?

    The World Association of Domain Name Developers Inc. announced this week that it has scheduled its T.R.A.F.F.I.C. 2004 (targetedtraffic.com) conference to take place between October 20 and 23, 2004 at the Delray Beach Marriott Resort in Delray Beach, Florida.

    Conference founders Rick Schwarz and Howard Neu call domains "the real estate of the new century," adding that, "Just like bricks and mortar real estate, the key to success in the virtual world is location, location and location."

    Schwartz owns almost 5,000 domains, including candy.com, and sold men.com for $1.3 million last year. Neu is a Fort Lauderdale attorney specializing in Internet law.

    T.R.A.F.F.I.C. 2004 will explore online traffic produced by effective domains, and how they generate revenue for their owners. Other sponsors include Fabulous.com, Hitfarm.com, Pool.com, Kanoodle.com, Parkingdots.com, FMA.com and Stoeser.com.

    The conference will be led by keynote speaker Ben Stein, a well-known actor and author. Industry leaders will lead seminars discussing how to increase revenue streams through more effective targeting of online traffic.

                  it would be nice to network, but I'm worried about the domain drops during those 3 days. seriously thinking about it though.

                                      I'm finalizing plans to attend. Taboo, just bring a laptop or mooch off someone else's for the drops (other drop addicts will understand), and put in early top bids where you can instead of waiting until the last minute.
