                                                                                                I`m a webmaster from Eastern Europe, all my traffic (90%, SE based) originated from North America, Europe, English speaking.
                                                                                                Example:...For last 2 years one of my sponsors is totemcash. I have 0,00% chargebacks, only ~2% - check refunds.
                                                                                                I can`t understand where is the difference bw me and a North American webmaster?! The address???!!!
                                                                                                The quality of Traffic and money is the first ones. It is simplest way to block unwanted traffic instead of fucking webmasters only because of their address. I`m happy i didn`t start working with EC.

I have the same traffic source like all other TGPs owned by americans. I don't get this connection.

                                                                                                                                                                Every other sponsor is banning the countries based on the amount of cheating webmasters coming from these countries and NOT because they are just living in a country with a higher chargeback rate.

                                                                                                                                                                                            if you have a webmaster from banned country and he sends you an email "i am make gallery and submit evey day and this is my way of traffic", then he's IMO more likely to be a cheater ot someone with shitty traffic.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        You know Pimdog, almost all sponsors are doing the same these days so it's nothing surprising to me. I actually already got used to the fact that I have to talk to sponsors prior to joining their program just to make sure they will accept me and to avoid future problems of course.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        I also know why they are doing it, a lot of webmasters from eastern europe tried to cheat in the past - especially when pay per click programs ruled the porn web. But those times are long gone, at least in certain countries.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        When I used to run toplists and trade sites, I have always had problems with webmasters from russia. But I never banned the country, I just deleted accounts of those who cheated. And you should do that aswell.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        To ban a whole country doesnt make any sence, especially when you come back later and state that you will still accept them if they can provide refferences.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        Like I said I know why you did it, I accept that but man you need to learn how to announce simmilar things. You could have saved yourself a lot of trouble and angry webmasters.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        All you had to do was to make a polite announcement that you are going to enforce your TOS regarding the countries and that any serious webmaster can still contact you on ICQ and provide refferences in order to stay in your program. Would it really be such a problem?

                                                                                                                                                                                                        Now you look like an idiot to a lot of people, including me and many others I talked to. And yes i know you will call me an idiot now and tell me that you can live without my traffic, which is fine. But you caused yourself more bad then you could have - if only you would learn how deal with those people who send you traffic.
