Servermatrix has a 1200Gb base limit on their servers, pricing starts from about $80/mo for a 2.4GHz. Many other hosts have similar plans. If it looks like you're going to blow your allocated transfer, set up a second server and round robin the DNS to spread the transfer over the two.
