Just remember your one time fee license duration is not permanent. When the provider disappears, so does your compliance. We have removed over $100,000 in content we have bought for our paysites because the providers have disappeared.
If the feed provider disappears, so does the feed. You're risking quite a bit when the new 2257 comes out.
