I know it's a shit search engine, but it seems like we are getting a lot of traffic from them these days all of a sudden. Also, we are totally dominating the keywords for seemingly whatever we want. Did something just happen at AV that would have caused such a flux of listings and traffic all of a sudden?

AV sends me a few K a day of nice secondary traffic. None of my pages that are out there at the moment have ever been optimized for AV but the Google optimization I do seems to do pretty well.Comment

I don't know anything about what AV's doing at the moment, but I've had the same thing in the past, where my new stuff has been spidered in a rush and it zooms to the top of the serps, and I've had pages and pages of my own stuff listed. It's almost seems like a freshbot, because after a while the stuff drops to more reasonable positions and the traffic stabilizes at a lower level.Comment
