If you had cascading billing choices what would you choose?
epoch/ibill
ibill/epoch
i.e. who scrubs harder?

I would say CCBill scrubs the hardest followed by Epoch than Ibill. But thats just my opinion. I hear different things from other people I talk to about this.

I would do ccbill -> epoch. epoch's declines have been through the fuckin' roof.
