Okay, I know this has nothing to do with webmastering but anyone know how to get the military helicopter without getting killed?

Go into the police station, change into the police uniform, grab a normal helicopter and fly into the military base, land and grab the military chopper.
OR
find all hidden packages and it'll be parked at the heli pad near the beach (Near the start of the game)Free agent -

You have to finish all of the regular game missions, I believe the police station mission is the last or second last of the regular missions.Originally posted by MaxDent

I don't think you need to finish any mission in order to get the police uniform. Go to the police station, enter the building then go into the locker room (the locker room entry is in the same room as where the cop is hanging out behind the desk). Put on the uniform and then you can drive to the military base and take the helicopter (if you unlocked it) or any other military vehicle from there. Also in one of the guard towers you will find the minigun which is awesome.Comment

u will get helicopter
when u will need to go to the construction area
to blow the buildings
but its hard to drive heli in vice

Okay, excellent. Just so I'm clear on this I bum rush the police station, killing the cops with the chainsaw, take the uniform, throw a couple of grenades in the lobby just to make sure all the cops get some attention and then drive away?
