I'm serious. I don't like wasting my time. If you are serious and want this domain so bad I know how to do it.
But I'm not going to have someone spend their time getting it done unless we have cash in hand in the trust account first.
Obviously if my plan doesn't work the money would be released back to you.
The extra $5K is to offset the jet fuel costs.
